REGISTRATION OF MY ACCOUNT

Any castaner.com user can register and create a customer account. You must access "create account" and fill out the form by completing all required fields.

You do not need to register to place an order. You can complete the order in guest mode. From Castañer we recommend registering your data in castaner.com, purchases will be stored in your account and you will be able to access the status of these at any time. Your shipping and billing information will be saved and will save you time in future purchases.

 

MODIFY PERSONAL DATA

You can access "My account" whenever you want and change your personal data, access data and shipping addresses.

If you are not registered, you can contact us indicating the correct data so we can proceed with the change and update.

 

PASSWORD RECOVER

If you forget your password, you can recover it in the login section. You will receive an email with the link to change your password.

 

ADD OR MODIFY A SHIPPING ADDRESS IN MY ACCOUNT

Within your customer account, you must click on "View addresses" and at the top you will see an option to add new addresses.

You can also modify an address already saved in your account by clicking on "Edit".
