Castañer offers three different delivery methods. If you choose the in‑store pickup option, a list of available stores will be displayed during the purchase process so you can select the most convenient one.
Once your order is prepared, it will be sent to the selected store within 2 to 4 business days. When it is ready for pickup, we will send you a notification.
From that moment, you will have 9 to 10 days to collect your order, following the instructions provided in the notification.
